BPI Real Estate Poland commenced the second stage of the Bulwary Książęce project in Wrocław. After the success of the first stage of the project, in which 85% of the apartments have already been sold, the Belgian developer introduces another 190 apartments with an area of 25 to 110 m2 and a structure of 1 to 5 rooms. Bulwary Książęce is the most prestigious project in BPI’s Polish portfolio. The investment is distinguished by its unique location at the confluence of two arms of the Oder River and the immediate vicinity of the Old Town.
Bulwary Książęce is a unique place on the map of Wrocław, which combines an intimate atmosphere with easy access to all metropolitan attractions. The investment is located only 5 minutes’ walk from the market square in Wrocław. The proximity of green areas and the picturesque surroundings of the Oder River allows for relaxation and the possibility of spending free time actively.
Apart from its attractive location and unique views, the Bulwary Książęce is distinguished by modern architecture and very high standard of finishing common parts. Bulwary Książęce is also a new public passage, which will be built below residential buildings. There will be various types of service outlets, including shops, restaurants and cafes, which will create a new attractive urban space in this part of Wrocław. The passage, also known as the shopping street, will be crowned with a new square on the side of the Pomorski Bridge.
Prices of flats offered by the second stage of the Bulwary Książęce project range from PLN 8,700 to 17,768 per m2. The planned date of completion of the project’s second stage falls in the middle of 2019. Earlier, i.e. in the middle of this year, the keys to the flats are going to be given to the customers of the first stage of the Wrocław-based BPI Real Estate Poland project.
