BPI Real Estate reveals its new visual identity in line with its mission of sustainable development

Once again, BPI Real Estate confirms its mission as an Urban Shaper, who anticipates and builds cities with respect for tomorrow’s standards, through the new and mutual mission of CFE group: “Bringing people, skills, materials and technology together in one community to create positive change.” This is the result of a long repositioning process which has also given rise to a new logo and colours.

As we’re facing unseen environmental and social challenges, CFE group strengthens the cooperation between its entities and partners to accelerate positive innovation. When your active in an industry that has the possibility to shape tomorrow’s world, you are responsible for taking care of our future generations. That’s the reason we have combined financial and sustainability indicators at the heart of our activity” Raymond Trust, CEO of CFE group since June 30th 2022, explains.

Sustainable urban actor

For BPI Real Estate this strategic evolution perfectly fits its engagement and values as an Urban Shaper. “Our ambition is to think about and design innovating projects that are centred around the human being living at the heart of the multicultural city of the future and in which there is a balanced mix between housing, offices, shops and services” Jacques Lefèvre, CEO of BPI Real Estate, states. “However, thinking and creating the city of tomorrow is daring to make different and considered choices for more sustainable projects.” These past 12 months, BPI Real Estate has reused 17.795 tonnes of materials, started the renovations of 25.535 m² and applied for a permit and/or built 81.085m² without using fossil energy.

Wood Hub: putting theory into practice

Wood Hub, the new head office of the group, that is scheduled to welcome the employees at the beginning of 2024, is the tangible result of this vision. “We want to build the foundations of a working environment where working together, well-being and creativity is put forward while stimulating the performance of the CFE, BPI Real Estate, Wood Shapers and BPC Group teams” Jacques Lefèvre says. While BPI Real Estate is in charge of the planning and technological choices, BPC Group and Wood Shapers oversee the construction and VMA takes care of the special techniques and implementing its “Smart Building” software VMANAGER. The result aspires the BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum certification as well as becoming a Nearly Zero Energy Building. Wood Hub shouldn’t consume less than 10 kWh/m² per year, which represents 5 to 30 times less than a classic office building”.

The heroes of the future generations

By putting innovation and sustainability at the heart of its strategy, CFE puts the work of its employees for a more sustainable future forward. As such, they become the heroes of the future generations and of the new visual identity of the group. “We’re want to share this new ambition with the whole wide world as our community keeps growing. We’re looking forward to welcoming all those who want and believe in that change” Raymond Trost adds.
