BPI Real Estate Poland (BPI), a property development company owned by the CFE Group of Belgium, is celebrating 15 years of operations in the Polish market.
Over this period, it has completed 13 residential projects in Poland’s major metropolitan areas and established itself as leader in integrating sustainability and the 15-minute city concept in its developments.
“We have been active in Poland for 15 years, and this is a truly special milestone for us. The Polish market is becoming an increasingly important part of the growth strategy of the CFE Group, of which BPI is a member. The past years have been marked by hard work, dynamic growth, and the steady building of our position in the market. We are proud of our diverse portfolio of completed projects, through which we will deliver more than 2,000 homes in Poland. From our very first investment, i.e. Cztery Oceany in Gdańsk, to current developments like PianoForte in Warsaw and Cavallia in Poznań, our goal has always been to create innovative, eco-friendly, and community-driven projects in prime locations. We have a strong appetite for further growth and are optimistic about the future. That is why we remain committed to our mission of delivering properties that meet the needs of today’s urban residents,” said Béranger Dumont, General Manager of BPI Real Estate Poland
Nationwide presence and strong position
Over the past 15 years, BPI Real Estate Poland has steadily expanded its presence in Warsaw, Poznań, the Tri-City area, and Wrocław. During this time, the company has completed 13 residential developments across key Polish cities. Its portfolio includes completed properties: Cztery Oceany in Gdańsk, Bernadovo in Gdynia, Bulwary Książęce and Czysta4 in Wrocław, Vilda Park and Panoramiqa in Poznań, and Wola Tarasy, Wola Libre, wolaRE and Rezydencja Barska in Warsaw, with further projects in the pipeline, including Chmielna Duo and PianoForte in Warsaw and Cavallia in Poznań, the latter being built in partnership with Revive. In this anniversary year, the Belgian developer shows no signs of slowing down, continuing a number of ambitious new residential schemes. It is preparing to launch further developments, which will reinforce its core values: quality, sustainability, and a modern approach to design. One of them is a new premium residential project scheduled to commence shortly in Gdańsk as part of a joint venture with SPEEDWELL.

Designing with people in mind
BPI Real Estate Poland's strategy is guided by the ‘Urban Shapers’ philosophy, which emphasises actively shaping city spaces. Its projects embrace the 15-minute city concept, providing residents with easy access to everyday essentials, without the need for a car.
“We do not just build homes, we create communities. Our developments are places where people want to live, work, and relax. This idea has guided us from the very beginning, and it will continue to define our path in the years ahead. The launch of sales for our new project in Gdańsk, along with the start of several new projects, are just some of the initiatives we have planned for the near future,” adds Béranger Dumont.
