BPI Real Estate Poland focuses on the premium segment!

BPI Real Estate Poland, part of the Brussels-based international CFE Group, has summarized its operations on the Polish real estate market in H1 2023.

The Belgian developer has successfully started the construction and commercialization process of two prestigious developments - Chmielna Duo in Warsaw and the multi-phase Cavallia project in Poznań. At the same time, the company successfully continued the construction of three other projects in Poland - the exclusive Bernadovo estate in Gdynia, the Czysta 4 apartment building in Wrocław and the Panoramiqa project in Poznań. In the past six months, BPI Real Estate Poland has also applied for a building permit for a new premium development located in Warsaw’s Mokotów district.

The developer is currently developing a total of five projects in Poland, which will include more than 900 modern residential units. The company recorded a good sales pace in the first half of the year, selling a total of 159 apartments.  This testifies to the trust BPI Real Estate Poland projects enjoy and their attractiveness to customers looking for high-quality apartments in attractive urban locations.

BPI Real Estate Poland also has ambitious plans for the second half of the year. The company intends to focus its activities on acquiring new land plots, concentrating on the top segment of the residential market in Poland, which it assesses as the most stable. Accordingly, the company has already applied for a building permit for a new development located in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. Construction work on the next premium project in the Belgian developer's portfolio is expected to begin in Q1 2024.

“The market recovery trend observed in the last quarter of 2022 continues. The economy and the geopolitical situation are stabilizing, which has a positive effect on increasing the confidence of customers, including investors, to invest capital in real estate. So it's hardly surprising that more than 95% of our customers are cash buyers. At the same time, we are already seeing the impact of the introduction of subsidized loans on the sales of apartments in our developments. This looks promising for the sales results in Q3 2023.” concluded Béranger Dumont, General Manager of BPI Real Estate Poland.

Poland remains a very important market for BPI Real Estate. The company continues its mission to develop attractive places to live, through high-quality, inspiring development projects designed in accordance with sustainable development principles.
