The latest development of BPI Real Estate Poland is located at ul. Wzgórze Bernadowo in the Mały Kack district of Gdynia. It is the Belgian developer’s second residential project located in the Tri-City and the eight overall in Poland. The Bernardovo residential estate will consist of 18 cozy, 3-level buildings (with 2 floors above the ground floor) with apartment sizes ranging from 43 to 146 square meters, large private gardens, spacious balconies or, in the case of apartments located on top floors, terraces with impressive sizes up to 80 square meters. The design also includes underground garage halls with parking places and storage units. The many amenities for residents include a club room, a gym, bicycle storage rooms, bicycle racks next to each building, as well as special points for washing bicycles or pets.
Most importantly, Bernadovo is a housing project designed in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. More than a half of the plot’s area is occupied by a forest with walking paths, leisure zones, a playground, educational boards, or houses and hotels for small animals, birds and insects. The estate will feature eco-friendly solutions, such as green roofs, photovoltaic panels, or a specially designed system to fully utilize rainwater. All these solutions naturally complement the unique vicinity of the forest.

After the success of the Four Oceans project in Gdańsk, we knew we wanted to do another development in the Tri-City. This time we chose Gdynia. We also decided on a slightly different, more intimate development concept, by adapting the key premises of our design to the unique surroundings of the forest”, said Béranger Dumont, General Manager at BPI Real Estate Poland.
The Mały Kack district in Gdynia, where the project will be developed, is a very attractive place to live, since it has full retail and service infrastructure, clinics, nurseries, kindergartens, schools and excellent connections both with the sea and all major places across the Tri-City.

The project is scheduled for completion in Q2 2024 and its general contractor will be CFE Polska, a company from the same group that BPI Real Estate Poland is part of.
